Privacy & intake notice
This is a narrow, factual description of what this website observes and how email intake works. It is not a claim of legal sufficiency, and it makes no promise this desk cannot keep.
What this site observes
This site has no account system, login or forms. The hosting platform adds its own analytics and telemetry scripts to every published page, including /~flock.js and /__l5e/events….js. We did not write these scripts and do not configure them. No additional tracker or pixel has been added in this project's code.
The hosting platform receives page requests and may set an infrastructure cookie or a session identifier. These scripts and hosting activity are platform-provided, not features we added. We cannot verify the platform's retention practices. If your colour-theme preference is saved, it is stored in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us.
What we ask for by email
There is no form here. Contact is a plain email to the desk. For a first email we ask only for ordinary business context: company legal name, your role, UEI, primary NAICS, whether the firm holds 8(a) or HUBZone certification and its published date, approximate headcount, and recent changes. If you request a call, we arrange it by reply.
Keep a first email to the business itself. Ordinary email is not a secure channel, so it should carry no attachments of any kind and nothing about a person — no Social Security numbers, no payroll lines, no personnel records. When a specific record is genuinely needed, the reply names it and the transfer method available for it.
What we do with what you send
Email you send reaches an ordinary mailbox operated by a commercial email provider, and is used to answer you and to prepare the readiness check you asked for. We are a one-person desk; we are not going to invent a retention schedule, a deletion guarantee, a security certification or a list of processors that does not exist. If you want your correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete what is in the mailbox.
Public records
Canyon reads federal registers that are public by statute and regulation — the same records any member of the public can read. We have no access to non-public agency information, and we do not publish or discuss any named firm's record publicly. Findings about a firm go to that firm.
